If you would like to contact the technical support department, please use "Contact Us" link or e-mail us at support@elstore.com.  If you choose to e-mail, please tell us your name, your company's name, your telephone number and extension. Please give a brief description of the problem you are having and any error messages you have received. Once a support ticket is generated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the ticket number in it.
